Move In, Move Out Automation

Move In, Move Out Automation is a feature available within Latch Manager Web that automatically adjusts resident access in Latch based on changes within your ePMS system. This feature is designed to streamline your property management operations by removing the need to manually assign access to residents once they’re added into your ePMS system.

Set Up

To get set up, please verify that your properties have fully completed the steps for ePMS integration with Yardi Voyager 7S, Realpage Onesite, or Entrata. Once the initial integration is complete, Move In, Move Out automation can be requested by contacting your Customer Success Manager.

If you do not have a Customer Success Manager or are unsure of their contact information, contact support@latch.com with the above information.
