The integration is a one-way data feed that pulls resident information and lease details from RealPage hourly to automatically create and update people records in Latch Manager. This eliminates double entry for the property manager, accelerates their day-to-day workflows, and ensures any changes to this information in the property management software are synced to Latch Manager.
What resident data is being synced from RealPage?
Full name, email, mobile number, lease-start and lease-end dates, and move-in and move-out dates.
How often does the data from RealPage sync to Latch?
The data feed syncs hourly.
How does the RealPage setup work?
Please contact Latch Support to evaluate if the integration is right for you. If it is, you simply need someone with RealPage admin access to authorize the integration in RealPage OneSite and select which buildings or properties you want to enable. We will provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
Is the RealPage data sync secure to ensure data privacy and security for personal information?
Yes. Data from property management software systems is transferred to an encrypted server. Latch is also pursuing SOC II accreditation.
If I delete a contact from RealPage, will it delete the contact in Latch Manager?
The contact will not automatically be deleted from Latch Manager. Instead, Latch Manager will ask the property manager to confirm the deletion first.
What happens if a resident moves out before the lease ends?
The RealPage integration does not automatically grant or revoke access. The property manager will need to remove the resident’s access in Latch Manager.
