How do I unlock my front door for guests?
If you decide to allow the guest to enter you simply need to press the “provide credential” button. This will display a 7-digit doorcode for your guest. They simply need to type in the 7-digit doorcode into the Latch R or T at the entry and they will be able to make their way to your unit.
How do I receive calls from guests?
Latch Link functions just like an app-based intercom. When guests scan the QR code at the base of the building, they will be able to navigate through the building directory using their web interface. They will be able to place a call to you that you can receive via the Latch App. You will need to open your Latch App at least once to ensure that calls are able to be placed. Note: Today Latch Link only provides audio calls.
